The energy consumption of ventilation and air conditioning system in the equipment management room of subway station is an important part of energy consumption of subway station. In recent years, the number of projects using air-cooled multi-connection systems as the main air conditioning systems and setting up mechanical ventilation systems has gradually increased. There is still a lack of relevant research on the annual operation scheme of this type of air conditioning scheme. This paper selects a standard subway station, and establishes an analysis model of hourly energy consumption throughout the year to analyse and compare the annual operating energy consumption under various operation schemes in different climate zones. The results show that for typical stations with calorific values per unit volume less than or equal to 0.023 kW/m3 in most areas, the annual operating energy consumption difference between the energy efficiency priority operation scheme and the air-cooled multi-connection system priority operation scheme is less than 10%. Taking into consideration of the operational energy consumption and the complexity of the implementation of the operation schemes, the air-cooled multi-connection system priority operation scheme can be adopted throughout the year for the equipment management rooms of subway stations in most areas.
